Permit everyone in NEET phase-2

Just 24 hours prior to the test it was made clear by the apex court
that the NEET phase-1 would certainly go through as scheduled
on May 1. The CBSE officials say that those who attempted
NEET-1 are not eligible to appear for NEET-2 on July 24
which is grossly unfair. Many wrote NEET-1 with poor
preparations as there was a strong cloud of uncertainty
prevailed even upto the last moment. The students who are at no fault
should not be made to suffer over this. Keeping the welfare
of the students at the top, the CBSE should permit all those
who want to write NEET-2 without insisting on the
'one test only' condition.
