the nation, people and IMD whereas the amateurs will never dare to
own their commissions and omissions.
4) Apprehending any probable false prediction of a tsunami by
the Regional Meteorological Centers, IMD at Delhi took the
power of declaring tsunami from RMCs and kept it with her.
This was during the year 2010 or so.
5) But an amateur may delclare tsunami so easily through a facebook
post and create panic in the society. Is this to be permitted or curbed?
